We have developed a stand alone application for distribution to multiple sites with various Win9X OSs. EAch will use either Access or the new MSDE as a database. Our app is basically self installable. <br>
<br>
We are looking for a suitable way to provide backup and restore of the database. The floppy device must be used since that is the only device we can count on being there.<br>
<br>
Anyone know of such a product?<br>
<br>
Thanks, JohnK

Um I don't know if this'll hekp but I know in sql it's possible to write to a plain text file. If you want to go down this path you may need to find someone with a bit of sql/access experience. Also plain text may be too large to fit onto 1 disk but it's a start. People in the sql forum may be able to help.

The same post in the Win95 forum resulted in another solution which we will use.<br>
