Looking for app to sync IE7 or 8 favorites with Firefox 3.5 bookmarks

Does anyone know of a way to keep IE7/8 favorites and Firefox 3.5 bookmarks synchronized?

When I bookmark or favorite a page in one browser, I want a similar bookmark or favorite automatically created in the other browser.

I do not want an application that is unable to sync between these two browsers on the same machine. In other words, I do not want an app that has to upload or download the links from another machine.

For Fx 3.0 I use PlainOldFavorites, which gives you the IE 'Favorites' (sic) menu inside Firefox. It's a great plugin.

You have all the same management tools inside Fx as inside IE, and because it's a shared list, it's always up-to-date in both browsers.
