Looking for an automatic inbox cleaning process

I have a process in which certain email accounts are being monitored by a 3rd party process and pulled into their system. The individuals never log onto these accounts and I am looking for a way to automatically remove the emails after a period of time.

Is there some server based forced rule or server utility that I can use to accomplish this?

Can I force auto archive from the server level or is it handled at the client level?

You can set Autoarchive settings using Group Policies.

Do you know of any MS KB's that explain how to establish that GPO. I am searching and so far have not found anything of value.
