Looking for an alternative to the Package and Deployment Wizard

I tried to get a setup running for my Access 2000 application, but the PDW never works properly. Now I found this MDT-toolkit ( and it seems very interesting and less expensive than the sagekey-script.
Can anybody recommend this programm or give me other hints?
