Looking for advise on font managers for PC?

I have read Jaquan's FAQ about font managers and how he highly recommends them. However, i used Suitcase in the past when I was MAC based, now on PC I was looking for any input on PC font managers. it appears Suitcase is only for MAC? And alot of ATM users are unhappy with it? True or Falses requested??

ofcourse, internet..neat thing it is. After I read a few columns online and thought I deduced this was Mac only. i was wrong, it is offered for PC also. Thank me for answering me.
