Looking for adhesive labels for ethernet cables

Im planning an overhaul of my server room and I'd like to start labelling the cables to important devices. I cant seem to find squat online. Any suggestions?

You need to get the 1 X 1.33 to go around cat5 cable.
I get these

I just put a piece of scotch tape on it, stuck to itself and write on the tape with a ball pen.

The advantage is that this is really easy to remove if you wish to replace or reuse the cable or if the other end changes. Also it is dirt cheap: all you need is a roll of scotch tape and pen and you won't even use all of it.

At the end of the day it comes to presentation and what you're happy with. Since I only see these cables whenever something goes wrong or stuff gets rearranged, which is once every 2 to 3 years, it doesn't really bother me what they look like. If you have to look at it everyday, maybe it is a different story.
