I am looking for a toolbar with a zoom option.
I know that lots of those can be found on the internet but with the ones I found the following happens: every time I open a new page the zoom level goes back to 100%.

Please help me finding a toolbar with a zoomlevel that doesn't change every time.

Have you tried adjusting under IE, View, the Text Size option?

I have tried that but its not what i want.
But thanks for helping.
I would like a toolbar with a zoom option witch could be locked. If it doesn't exsist than it should be made because it would be very usefull.

I think this kind of toolbar doesn't exist. Since web pages are composed with text, the overall layout can't be changed dynamically.

The Ask Jeeves toolbar has a zoom option and some browsers have zoom options.
This means that they do exist.

But they don't have a lock option.

A little tip on changing text size (I know it's not the answer that you're looking for), but try holding CTRL and rolling your mouse wheel.

Also works in other programs (word, etc.)

Just my $.02

I have found than the Opera browser has the option I am looking for.

A good browser indeed, with only a few issue displaying certain sites.

Opera is indeed a very quick and versitile browser, with many many features that clearly exceed IE's capability. The zoom feature ( 0 increased, 9 decreases and 5 goes back to 1.0) is great, especially when viewing jpg or other images.
