looking for a web part

Im looking for a webpart that will work as a frame on my site. I want it so that when you click on a link it will open that link in the frame the web part makes./ Does anyone know of a web part that does this or another way to accomplish this on a Windows Sharepoint Services site?

Hi Jvolden,

Have you considered an iframe. just add one using Frontpage. Or make a webpart that writes an iframe to the html, only aligning is somewhat tricky.
