Looking for a way to update the ever changing area codes

I am looking for the information to update our outdated aarea and postal codes for U.S. and Canada. I found several sources on the web which offer their services or provide their own software to assist in this task but I've yet to find one that easily works with Oracle. What I am looking for is a downloadable text file with all of the area and postal code updates and splits. We have the updates for the U.S. and we recieve an update once every quarter however I have not found anything for Canada. We have to update 3 seperate tables and a text file seems to work the best. <br>

Has anyone ran into this and if so how do you resolve it?<br>
Also, where would I find the updates for Canada and U.S. area and postal codes?
