Looking for a very easy way to import a text file

In Enterprise Manager, right click on a database, and select "All tasks" then "Import Data".
A wizzard will open.
From the drop down list on the source data page select Text (Source) or Text File (Source). In the text box below that select the full path to the file.
On the next page, tell it what server and database to put it in.
On the next page it will ask you what table to put the data in. You can change the table name here. Then next through the rest of the wizzard and you should be all set.
