Looking for a Value Text Title Caps

Is there a value I can insert so that my text will have first letter capital on my data entered? I know upper and lower case but can't find anything on Title Caps.

Using Office 2003 Professional.

Have a look at the StrConv function:
newStr = StrConv(oldStr, vbProperCase)

I inserted the Line below in the Format Line and all that happened is the text aligned right, the Text didn't capitalize the First Letter or Each word. Maybe I inserted in the wrong area in Design view.
