Hi!

I am not sure where to post this question, but I thought I'd give it a shot in here......
What I am looking for is a free timer software that will use minutes and hours that I can stop whenever I stop working on a project, and that will print out a report at the end.

It also should be able to calculate time in a monetary value in the report.

Would anyone know where I can get something like that in freeware, or do I have to buy software?

Thanks!

There's lots of JavaScripts that could be easily modified to do that, but I'd really be hesitant to use them. There's just a lot of chance that something could go wrong. Browsers freeze up or stop responding occasionally. What I personally do is use a post-it notepad system on my computer while I work...I keep it minimized and every time I finish one page or script and move to the next, I just log the time and what I'm moving on to. At least I know that program won't stop responding under most situations, and even if it does, the text's already written to the hard drive, so I won't lose anything. Like I said, you *can* do it, I just wouldn't rely on it.
