Hello,
Customer has R9.0, and VM Pro.

There was a SIP connection dialing to an auto pay system which appears to be a Microsoft speech server for customers to make credit card payments over the phone. When they select this option the call routes to a short code which sends a SIP invite to the SIP termination associated with the speech server. Recent network changes have caused this process to stop working. The person that set up the speech server is no longer there, nor on speaking terms with his former employer so troubleshooting is difficult. My company and their IT did what we could to troubleshoot but no luck.

The customer is now looking for an alternative to start from scratch. Does anyone have any recommendations that they have had success with in the past?

Thank you in advance,

Jim

Is it speech to text or text to speech?
Avaya can do both the first is costly but good, the second is not so costly as you only need text2speech licenses from Avaya (one license per active channel)
