looking for a special distro

a friend of mine is looking for a special linux distribution (he said there is such) with mailserver, proxyserver, firewall and a traffic monitoring/shaping?
just those services nothing else - he does not want to configure the common distros, he wants this one - should be a commercial one
anyone heard about such distribution?
