I keep getting e-mail that i can not open, The program is not on my computer. The icon is a little blue box around some colored spots it looks like. can any one tell me what this program is?

Is there AV on your computer?
What does it say about it?
Until and UNLESS it's deemed okay I wouldn't worry about it.
Is it from someone you know?
Right click on it and choose properties and tell us what it says...you can even then check message source and see the code...warned with the knowledge that IF there's something malicious in it doing so may activate it!
