A client of mine has a Nortel Norstar system.

It identifies as: SP: 30AGK07 NAT

which decodes to:

AG = CICS 2.0 EXPANDED (8X16/24) J05, K01, K07, K11, K12

All well and good.

But he would like to start using a CallPilot, and that apparently needs CICS 4 or later.

Somebody recommended a BCM 50 to replace this.

He's currently using a bunch of M7310 phones, and it would be nice to keep using those.

We don't know this stuff anywhere near well enough to try and:

- order the right components
- remove the old stuff
- install the new stuff

in a way that is "safe" for business continuity :)

I have been looking for an installer who is not too far away, and I'm not finding anybody. I may not be looking in the right places.

So I figure I should has here...

Thoughts/recommendations?
