You're best bet is to go through a CA consulting partner.
I don't know all their details but you should be able to find them on the CA website (somewhere!).
Try: Cemoc, ACS, Quadratek, SMS, Quidditas, Ensign Consulting.
There are loads others but I can't think of them now. Most of them are small companies that do services work. At the very least they should be able to get you into the CA QA labs (testing labs at Slough office) for a short contract.
If you want a big company try ICL, CSC or Accenture.
The best web site by far is and also - which lets you search lots of job sites.
It's pretty dire at the moment. There is work out there but it tends to be short term. Your best bet is the QA labs as a starting point.
