I want to start a software consultancy work in India, and my work area relates to Software Support, through different network, I am in touch with different software developing firms. But to provide a good support, I am in look out for some initial level good, Support Tracking or Issue management software with auto reply, database search (in my sql), and reporting tools. The software I need should be preferably in XML or JSP, and can run in an Intranet environment.
