Looking for a IP thermometer solution

I don't know if this is a correct forum for this post...but it has to do with IP. Anyhow, my company's server room is getting hot and the AC is acting weird. We need a solution so that we can check the temperature remotely. Ideally, the solution should give us readings through a web browser.

I googled web thermometer and came up with some good products, although I just want to check tek-tips first to see if anyone has implement a IP/Web thermometer solution already.
