Looking for a good stats counter

Hi!
I am looking for a good free stats counter.

I have bravenet right now but it is missing the ability to tell me:
1)the referrers
2)keywords used in search engines to find my site.

Anyone know of a free one that can be password protected?

I had a good one, but the counter let ppl into my stats, and I just don't quite like that.

I'm sure you can probably use scripting to get that effect, like ASP or CGI...
Ask this question in the ASP or the CGI forum... I have not failed; I have merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
