Call Pilot 100 call center. If you don't need mailboxes it will be the price of the CP100. There is an option to initialize as a call center or Mail system.
My question should have had a little more detail, I'm looking for a call sequencer that can answer calls with a pre-recorded message, if calls not answered in timely manner goes to a 2nd "waitiing message" after it is answered, if they get put on hold they hear a different message,... Also it should be time programable to play diffent messages, durring different time of the day, as well as a message when closed.
Current options that I've seen are mad by innings telecom
called a call-works around $2800 looking for something that can do the same features cheaper. Not sure what the call-pilot's can do.
Any info appreciated.
The Call Pilot will, in Call Center mode, anser the lines, play an anouncement, supply 'on hold' sound to the call, then anouncements are inserted as required. At the end of the que the call can be directed pretty much anywhere, even back on itself. CP100 has two 'paths' called 'Skill Sets' in which call may be directed. CCR, external and internal routing may be used in virtually any combo. Limitation WRT your stated requirements is the 'on hold' sound flexability. But at the price, CP100 as a stand alone Call Center can't be beat. Call vendors in your area for price quotes.. I think you'll be pleased.
