Looking for a free ASP / JSP editor

I'd suggest Microsoft Script Debugger.
It will "colorize" many HTML tags/elements/etc. and is ASP-aware.
After installation you will need to create a Start Menu shortcut manually in order to run it standalone (as an editor).
Not fancy at all, but it may fit the bill!
