Our office is currently using a Shiva modem rack for our dial-in and dial-out needs. We are looking to replace it with new technology and I was wondering if any of you have experience with any of the modem racks currently on the market. we are looking for a 16 port modem rack with dial-in and dial-out capability. We want to be able to have the end users to have an auto port selector when they need a modem for dial out use. Would any standard modem rack work with some type of port selector software? And have any of you ever work with a specific port selector software that you could recommed?
