looking for a copy of setprfdc.exe?

Does anybody know where i could find setprfdc.
This utility is used for telling clients the order in which it checks for netlogon servers.
I have downloaded and extracted the NT4SP4 full install (128 bit), but the file is not there.
There are no download options for the same on the microsoft site either.
If anybody in here would have and doesnt mind sharing it, I would really appreciate it.
