Looking for a Combobox example 1

Can anyone please share an example of a combobox? I need to provide a drop down with some phone numbers I will be pulling from Active Directory, however I need to allow the user to input a new value if necessary.

I understand this is possible with a combination of classic ASP and JavaScript. I'm strictly a VBScript guy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for that exact page, had accidentally deleted my history and could not locate it again.
