Looking for a Combo Grid control

Hello,

I would like a combo box style control that actually presents the user with a grid and they can select any row-column combination. The control would be a little like the Table button on the MS Word toolbar.

Each cell would have a column and row header and some cells may be non-selectable.

Is anyone aware of such a control?
