Hi folks... I'm trying to find a perl script that I can hopefully
reference from a http link (like
I
need it to shrink down uploaded user profile pics to a maximum width.
I have a lame server which won't let me install Image magick, but it
does have NETPBM and GDLib (though I don't want to use PHP for this). I realize that someone could write a script fairly easily using these libraries, but that would take me a week to figure out and I just don't have that luxury.

I have exhausted all search engine possibilities... any help would be
VASTLY, Greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try looking into GD, this can do all you want

Yes I know GD has all the functions I need to do this, but I am not a real programmer and I don't have time to figure out how to write the script using the functions.
