Anyone know of a tool to remove this. I've been fighting with it all day.

I've used

Hijackthis
spysweeper
adaware
spybot
microsofts
xoftspy

still no joy!

No go. Still got it. It doesn't detect it. But spysweeper does. Just cant remove it.
