Look Up table Parameter for a report 1

Is there a way to have the parameter for a report be from a dropdown box of predefined values? For Example,

When opening a report I want an input box to display a drop down box populated with:

Carpenters
CDLS
Electricians

No. You do that on a form and have the form open the report passing the parameters. Look at the DoCmd.OpenReport syntax for how to pass parameters. You can pass a filter clause, where clause and even arguements of your choosing.
