As we know win200 use NTFS5.0,it can control the folder size.For example win2000 can allocate a folder 100MB and the size of folder can't exceed it.But NT4 doen't have this feature.
So is there a software which meet the requirment?

Just to clarify the ability of Windows 2000. Disk quotas are managed at a volume level, not at the folder level.

These are just the ones I found with a quick Google search. There are more than this.

I haven't used any of these tools and I am not affiliated with any of these companies. However, I would recommend caution. I have had bad experiences with this type of software. Mainly bad device drivers causing blue screens. If you go down this path, be sure to choose a vendor that can provide support.
