look and feel

Hi,

I am a newbie to look and feel customization. I need to change the site to look like our intranet. Should i start with master pages and layouts or site definitions ...slightly lost !!

Start with master's. Site defs come after wards. If your unsure go to:

http://channel9.msdn.com

and check out the screen casts forum, you may need to go back a few screens but there are some useful things there.
