Longest Waiting Ring Mode Question

I'm trying to set up a huntgroup using the longest waiting ring mode configuration. There are 6 extensions that are members of the huntgroup. I want to have it ring the person with the longest idle time first and if they don't answer within 15 seconds, it rings the next person with longest idle time for another 15 seconds. If that 2nd person does not answer, it then makes a final attempt to ring the person with the 3rd longest idle time for another 15 seconds before it goes to voicemail.

When I've tested it, it functions exactly how I envisioned for the 1st and 2nd longest idle time. However after it rings the agent with the 2nd longest idle time for 15 seconds, it rings everyone else in the huntgroup all at the same time instead of going to the person with the 3rd longest idle time. Is there a way I can prevent it ringing everyone else in the hungroup after it rings the 2nd person for 15 seconds? For the huntgroup configuration, I have the no answer time set to 15 seconds and the voicemail answer time to 45 seconds. Thanks.
 
Sound like the group may be configured with an overflow time of 30 seconds and the overflow group is a group with the same members but set to collective ringing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Sounds like you haven’t given the full information on how you have set up the hunt group

Do you have an overflow group programmed to ring with all members in that group.

If so ??? Then that’s your answer
Set the no answer timer longer to go to the other users first before going to the overflow group

A screen shot of how it’s set up would be nice…
