Hey guys has anybody made this work or will it even work - R11.0.4.2. We have our Main hunt group set up as Longest Idle ring mode; in which many of our agents are now working remotely. We would like to call forward unconditionally most of our agents to their cell phones in the group - but how would the system know to reset the users idle timer if they answer from their cell? Would the same agent continue receiving all the calls? Also, wouldn't the call waiting feature of the cellular carrier kick in and if an agent is on a call, continue receiving more calls via their cell?
Just wondering if others had this type setup working and or any tips for it.
