Long tone while dialing into IRAD

I have no problem from my office but I set up the site admin to dial into her locations and all the R.A.D.s are ok but 3 out of 4 I.R.A.D.'s we could hear a steady tone as soon as we were transfered via the feature817 by the operator.

I have found the same problem if you lower the speed from fast to slow and lower your speed from 19200 to 9600 and sometimes 4800. This should fix your problem -

I use 4800 most of the time but will change the CICS speed to slow.
