I'm validating and Analysis Manager (SQL2000) solution. The solution is based on an Excel sheet, usging a Pivot Table.
On Excel XP no problem: it is very quick, always.
On Excel Y2K: it is very quick if I don't have to many row or columns (same sheet, same cube).
I found a Microsoft article "XL2000: PivotTable Updated Slowly with OLAP Data Source" (237469) describing my problem. It was mentionned that the Office 2000 SR1/SR1a path was solving this issue.
I applied it: no change. I've also applied the new SP3 for Office Y2K: no change.
No more information on MSDN...
Do you have had this problem ???
