Long Term Storage

Hey Guys,

I have a general question about long term storage.

What are people doing? at the mo we are storing calls in a network drive, with a sdlt tape device for back ups.

Obviously the network drive will fill up so what shall we do with the older calls?

We've currently set for about 12mths of storage online

any ideas?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

It sounds like you are using Storage Center.
NICE has an integration with Tivoli and EMC Centera which will provide an "automated" solution to pull back data...otherwise, your other option is to restore the data you need back to the drive from your selected media when you need it.
