We had pulled an old IP office v2 from a closed site and trying to get it ready. I stupidly factory defaulted it and it lost its licenses. I downloaded ipo manager 8 and recreated the sd card and it came back up but now its missing the essential license. So i came to the forum to see if any one has ipo manager 7 download link kicking around so i can put 7 back on it.

R7 will not give you back the licenses either.
The only way to get the licenses back is if you have a backup config of the R7.
R7 also doesn't need the essential license as that started in R8.
I will copy a link here. Let me know once you started the download so I can edit this post and take off again as this is on my SSO and will expire anyways but just in case.
