a customer noticed a 10 second pause in the call completion on some LD numbers (pressing # causes the call to ring right away, of course). I don't recall this being an issue in the past, some I am a little confused. Where do I go to see how many digits the system is waiting for before it sends them out if it is LD? (should be 11)

It has been so long since I have programmed BARS on this system, I don't even know where my BARS and NARS books are...

Thanks, Jim

If the number they are dialing is an SPN then you need to look at the FLEN prompt for that SPN.
If it's an NPA like 1+NPA then the system waits for 11 digits.

Lots of variables here, first print out an NPA that works fine then print out one that doesn't and see if it is going to the same RLI.
