Long pause as call is forwarded to a cell phone. Rather than hearing the ringing, when a caller calls a phone number that is set to unconditional forwarding, there is a long pause before the person on the cell phone either answers or their voicemail answers.

Has anyone experienced this. Please advise.

This is normal with some cell networks, change the dial count settings in the system configuration form.
