I have a G350 at a branch office what has no local trunks.
It is controlled by an S8510 at the main office. The branch is in a different are code than the main. Right now we have it so that local calls work just fine from this branch, but when long distance calls are made, the recording from teh CO indicates that it needs a 1 and we are not sending it. We have tried playing with the call-type in the ARS table and the prefix mark in the route pattern but nothign seems to work, we even tried inserting a 1 but still no good. We are using location based routing so the remote branch has its own ARS table.
I am just looking for insight into what combo of prefix mark and call type will make this work. THanks for any assistance.
