I have a customer that has a 3300 Cx release 8.0 Resently reported long distance calls dropping intermitently and some times dialing the wrong number. Opened ticket with telco and they can not see any errors. Tried to duplicate problem with telco but could not get problem to happen while I was testig. Also opened ticket with Mitel and they could not see any erros either. Is there a way to monitor and capture digits dialed for 24 hours?
