I have a W2K machine that connects to an NT4 Server, IP address is static, MS Explorer doesn't start immediately when I click on the icon it eventually loads after about 1-2 minutes. I have a simular problem with other apps the need to to connect to a network drive. I have another W2K machine that connects immediately with no problems.
