After stopping some services in Win 2000 Pro in order to speed up my laptop, Outlook Express 5.5 doesn't start immediately when I click on the icon. It eventually loads after about 2-3 minutes of hard drive activity. All other apps load fine and the machine runs well otherwise. Like a fool I didn't write down which services I stopped. Any idea as to which one is the culprit, or if indeed this is the cause of my problem? Thanks in advance for your input.
