Partner ACS 6.0, Partner Messaging Rel 6 with a 4 Port card. If we set the voice mail to immediately pickup the AA begins right away. If we set it to ring 1 time, to capture caller ID, then there is a long delay when the AA starts. We have replaced the processor, the voice mail card and the 4 port card and it is still happening. Any ideas?

Long Delay for AA Pickup after 1 ring

Check the AA menu prompt. Maybe there's a few seconds of silence at the beginning.

Try taking the line ringing off the extension ports for voicemail.
Good idea. Also unassign all lines from the voicemail extensions.
