Long console output

When one redirects e.g. the ouput of "ps faxl" to a file the right hand tail of the long lines are chopped off. Is it possible to set line-wrapping or to set the console width to something really big?

Try setting (at the command line):
stty cols 132

You can also add multiple 'w' switches, e.g. ps faxlwww to get wider output. Annihilannic.
