Can anyone recommend a good London based c# .net 2.0 course for someone who has a background in Oracle? Most courses seem to either cover the basics and upwards but are pitched at non programmers or else they are too geared towards specific features in .NET 3.5

Many Thanks

there is no relationship between c# and oracle.

OOP is OOP no matter the language. An given programming course will teach OOP through the respective language, so naturally the features of that language will be highlighted (c# 3.5 syntax). The same would be true if you take a java or ruby course. They will teach OOP through the specific language.

If you have any mentors (real people or online) then I would ask them if they could either 1. host a course or 2. know of someone who would.

there are a handful of people I would start with.
1. JP Boodhoo
2. Oren Eini aka. Ayende Rahnien
3. Jeffery Palmero
4. Jeremy Miller
5. Udi Dahan
6. some others who blog on CodeBetter.com

I don't know if they are all willing to teach, but they would definitely have some great contacts. And most are very open to dialog. I have taken JP's boot camp and will vouch for it. It's very intense and worth every penny.
