Logshipping failure

HI All,

I have sql server log shipping setup on 2 instances on 2005. the lsbackup job is failing with the following error:

I can create transaction log backup using a normal maintenance plan backup.

The user i am using to run the job is the domain administrator user and should have all the rights necessary.

any help would be appreciated.

Check that the remote instance is up, and that you can connect to the remote instance correctly from the primary machine.
