Is there any way that i can remove the logs from a Nokia box running NG FP2 to another computer, i thought that if i ftp to the Nokia box then i should be able to transfer to my computer. That never worked, i was told that FTP cant be done to the Nokia box, though i can telnet fine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

FTP can be done by the NOkia box, you can ftp from the Nokia to a ftp server, not the other way. I currently have a Nokia box, that does a logswitch then ftp's it off onto a ftp server, then removes the files from the logswitch. There is a Nokia knowlege base article resolution 6810, that explains it. I have used this article and made minor variations on it to suit my needs.
