Logs of WebSphere - O Cannot determine search value for column type...

Hi,

I have install in my AIX 5.3 the websphere 6.0.3 with informix 10 data base.

When i access to the lohs of server of websphere - "SystemOut.log", I have all the time a lot of output of the system:

This output to disk its making the aplication more slow (i think - because its a lot). Can somebody help me who to fix this problem?
