Logs not purging after setting up SCR

Hi all,

I have replication set up between two sites and after a few tries got replication for one storage group. The command I used to set up the replication is:

Enable-StorageGroupCopy -Identity <NameofStorageGroup> -StandbyMachine <SCRTargetMachine> -ReplayLagTime 0.1:0:0 -TruncationLagTime 0.2:0:0

The issue I now face is that logs on the source Exchange server are not purging. I have logs from 4-5 days ago and was wondering if there is a way I can get the logs to clear on a daily basis. I do have Symantec Backup Exec backing up the source server daily also.

Is BE up to date? When you back up, are you getting errors?

Are you running RU5?

Hi,

No errors on backup and BE is 11d. As for RU 5, neither servers have them installed.

I'd recommend installing RU5 on both.
